Terminal-4 Mishandled Baggage Claim Procedure
1. From 29th June 21 all Biman Bangladesh Airlines Flights will be parked at Terminal-2 and all passengers will be transported to Terminal-4 by bus.
2. Immigration/baggage delivery/customs formalities will done at Terminal-4.
3. All arrival passengers will be sent to Hotel for mandatory 10 Days Institutional Quarantine.
4. For lost/mishandled baggage at Terminal-4 contact no: +44 (0) 208 7452166 (DNATA Baggage Service), contact between 1000 lt to 1700 lt daily.
5. All departure functions will be done from same Terminal-2.
